Payment

· Payment is due in full prior to any product being shipped.

· Our preferred method of Payment is PayPal for checks, credit and debit card payments. We will accept Money Orders from US customers only. Please contact us at dantelart@comcast.net if you wish to pay by money order.

Shipping

· We normally charge a flat $6.95 for first class delivery and $1.50 for Guaranteed Delivery Insurance.

· Most orders ship within 1-week, but we require 2 weeks processing and 1 week for delivery.

Returns

· Normally, we only offer Merchandise Credit for returns.

· On occasion, we’ll offer a full refund. Those situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Services

· There are NO refunds, exchanges or returns on Custom Portrait Services. Our process of proof-previews assures satisfaction.
